摘　　要：2019年第61届美国血液学会年会报道了关于急性髓系白血病基础研究、临床治疗、新药研发等方面的研究进展及临床试验更新。文章结合会议报道,对关于急性髓系白血病预后的相关研究进展及"7+3"方案诱导治疗、去甲基化药物和靶向治疗研究进展进行介绍。At the 61st American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting in 2019,the research progress and clinical trial updates on basic research,clinical treatment and development of new drugs in acute myeloid leukemia are reported.Based on the meeting report,this article introduces the relevant research progress of the prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia and"7+3"regimen induction therapy,demethylation drugs and targeted therapy.
