摘　　要：目的比较成人前牙区种植体支抗与头帽J钩在压低上前牙过程中对上前牙位置的影响.方法计算机检索Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Ovoid、中国知网、维普、万方数据等在线数据库,收集比较种植体支抗与J钩作用于上颌前牙的病例对照研究试验.经筛选和质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3系统软件进行Meta分析.结果共纳入5篇研究文献,102例患者.Meta分析结果显示,种植体组与J钩组都能很好的压低前牙(治疗前后差异有统计学意义);治疗后两组的U1-PP距离、Overbite值、Overjet值均减小,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);∠U1-SN增大,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论对成人患者应用种植体与J钩压低前牙都能得到良好的压低效果,施加等力后种植体的压低量比J钩多,两者对前牙都会产生唇倾的效果.Objective To compare the effects of anterior implants and J-hook headgear on maxillary incisors positions.Methods Online databases of Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Ovoid.CNKI.VIP and Wanfang were used to search control studies on implant anchorage versus J-hook headgear for maxillary incisor intrusion.After screening and quality assessment,Meta analysis were performed by the RevMan 5.3.Results Five studies were included,involving 102 patients.Meta-analysis showed that both had statistically significant intrusion effects.Compared with the J-hook headgear,anterior implant anchorage had more reduction in the distance of maxillary incisor to palatal plane(U1-PP),overbite and overjet(P<0.01),and had less augmentationof∠U1-SN(P<0.01).Conclusions The maxillary incisors were effectively intruded by anterior implant anchorage and J-hook headgear.Under same magnitude of force,intrusion by implants results with more intrusion.Both appliances procline anterior teeth.
