婴儿伪膜性结膜炎的临床特征及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨婴儿伪膜性结膜炎的临床特征和诊疗效果。方法回顾性分析2018年11月至2019年11月诊断为伪膜性结膜炎的患儿15例(30眼),对其一般情况、症状、体征、治疗效果进行统计分析。结果15例患儿就诊时平均年龄为17.40±13.17天(7~60天),7~14天为高发年龄,占73.33%。眼红30眼(100%)、眼睑肿胀19眼(63.33%)、畏光流泪和睁眼困难10眼(33.33%)及分泌物增多10眼(33.33%)是常见的就诊原因。所有患儿均达到临床治愈。结论婴儿伪膜性结膜炎发病年龄小,病程进展迅速,迁延时间长,定期清理伪膜及早期应用激素类滴眼液对缩短病程、改善预后十分重要。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and clinical effect of neonatal pseudomembranous conjunctivitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 15 patients(30 eyes)diagnosed with pseudomememeal conjunctivitis who were admitted to the ophthalmology clinic from November 2018 to November 2019,and the general situation,symptoms,signs and treatment effect were statistically analyzed.Result The mean age of 15 neonates was 17.40±13.17 days(7~60 days),7 days to 14 days is the age of high incidence,accounting for 73.33%of all children.Eye redness(100%),eyelid swelling(63.33%),photophobia and difficulty in opening eyes(33.33%),and increased secretion(33.33%)were common reasons for seeking treatment.All the children were cured clinically.Conclusions Neonatal pseudomembranous conjunctivitis occurs at a young age,progresses rapidly and delays for a long time.It is very important to clean the pseudomembrane regularly and apply hormone ophthalmic drugs in the early stage to shorten the course of disease and improve the prognosis.
