运用视动性眼球震颤法检测视力的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的研究视动性眼球震颤(OKN)法检测视力的可行性。方法运用计算机控制的虚拟现实技术(VR)显示移动视标,通过视标的大小变化引出眼球震颤,将能引出眼球震颤的最小视标大小作为病人的视力值,将OKN法测得视力与国际标准视力表测得视力进行比对。收集82名受试者(77名受试者视力数据纳入统计)视力,分析该方法的可测性、视力与性别的关系、两种方法检查视力结果的相关性、重复性分析。结果运用OKN法检测视力可测性为93.9%。不同性别之间国际标准视力表视力和OKN法视力差异均无统计学意义。OKN法检测视力与国际标准视力表检测视力结果为负相关,R=-0.96。国际标准视力表可重复性测试结果:中值为0.02,±1.96标准差为0.11,-0.1;OKN法可重复性结果:中值为0,±1.96标准差为130,-145。结论运用OKN法检测视力准确性及可重复性好,可用于视力检测。Objective Explore the feasibility of using optokinetic nystagmus(OKN)for vision test.Methods Computer-based virtual reality is used to display moving visual targets.Nystagmus is induced by the changes in the size of the moving visual target and the minimum size of the visual target that can lead to nystagmus is used to indicate the patient’s visual acuity.Then,the results obtained by OKN are compared with those acquired by international standard visual acuity charts.The eyesight data of 82 subjects were collected,in which eyesight data of 77 subjects were included in the statistics,to analyze the testability of the method,the relations between visual acuity and sex,the correlation and repeatability of the two methods.Results the testability of optokinetic nystagmus(OKN)for visual acuity was 93.9%.There was no significant statistic difference in the visual acuity by standard visual acuity chart and visual acuity by OKN between men and women.Analysis showed the negative correlation between the visual acuity by OKN and the visual acuity by the standard visual acuity chart,R=-0.96.The repeatability test results of the standard visual acuity table:the median value was 0.02,±1.96 standard deviation was 0.11,-0.1;the repeatability test results of OKN:the median value was 0,±1.96 standard deviation was 130,-145.Conclusion The OKN for visual acuity test has good accuracy,stability and repeatability,and can be used for eyesight test.
