摘　　要：评价屈光手术后的治疗效果并不仅仅满足于视力的恢复,更重要的是追求视觉质量的提高,有效避免术后视觉质量的干扰及下降,提高患者的舒适度和满意度从而提升其生活质量。本文将对近视患者角膜屈光手术后,影响视觉质量的因素作一简要综述,为临床手术医生提供一定的理论指导,进而解决术后夜间视力模糊、单眼复视、眩光及视近不适等问题。The evaluation of the treatment effect after refractive surgery is not only satisfied with the recovery of vision,but more importantly,the pursuit of visual quality improvement,the effective avoidance of postoperative visual quality interference and decline,improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients to improve their quality of life.This article will make a brief review of the factors affecting the visual quality of myopia patients after corneal refractive surgery,and provide certain theoretical guidance for clinical surgeons,so as to solve the problems of postoperative night vision blur,monocular diplopia,glare and near-visual discomfort.
