摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中Jun二聚化蛋白2(Jdp2)、Phf手指蛋白2(Phf2)的表达变化及意义。方法选取非小细胞肺癌患者86例,采用免疫组化法检测癌组织及正常肺组织(距肿瘤边缘>5 cm)中Jdp2、Phf2的表达,分析二者表达与非小细胞肺癌患者临床病理特征的关系,Spearman相关分析二者表达的相关性;对患者进行随访,分析Jdp2、Phf2表达与患者预后的关系。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中Jdp2、Phf2阳性表达率低于正常肺组织(P均<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组织中Jdp2与Phf2表达呈正相关(r=0.672,P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组织中Jdp2、Phf2阳性表达与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度有关(P均<0.05)。Jdp2、Phf2阳性表达患者5年生存率低于Jdp2、Phf2阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中Jdp2、Phf2均呈低表达,二者表达变化与肿瘤分期、分化程度及患者预后有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Jun dimerization protein 2(Jdp2)and PhD finger protein 2(Phf2)in the non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues.Methods Eighty-six NSCLC patients were selected.The expression levels of Jdp2 and Phf2 in the cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,the relationship between clinicopathological parameters was analyzed,and the correlation between the two indexes was analyzed by spearman correlation.All patients were followed up to analyze the relationship between Jdp2 and Phf2 expression and the prognosis of patients.Results The positive expression rates of Jdp2 and Phf2 in NSCLC were lower than those in the adjacent normal tissues(both P<0.05).The expression of Jdp2 and Phf2 in NSCLC tissues was positively correlated(r=0.672,P<0.05).The positive expression of Jdp2 and Phf2 in NSCLC tissues was related to the tumor TNM stage and differentiation degree(both P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of Jdp2 and Phf2 was lower than that of patients with negative expression of Jdp2 and Phf2(P<0.05).Conclusion Jdp2 and Phf2 are low expressed in NSCLC tissues,and their expression changes are related to tumor stage,degree of differentiation,and patients’prognosis.
