摘 要:滑阀的内泄漏会使阀控缸系统中的油缸活塞产生自行动作,为减小滑阀内泄漏量,在影响滑阀内泄漏的诸多因素中,选择了易于实现且成本较低的方案——增大滑阀阀芯和阀套的搭接量,同时为了弥补死区以及滑阀工作锐边变钝对滑阀性能的影响,基于数字伺服阀,采用分段变增益的流量增益补偿方案对滑阀中位的线性补偿技术进行了研究。经试验表明,降低滑阀内泄漏及滑阀中位线性补偿方案有效的保证了滑阀的低泄漏及空载流量增益的线性特性。The internal leakage of the slide valve will make the cylinder piston in the valve control cylinder system act by itself,in order to reduce the internal leakage of slide valve,among the factors that affect the leakage in the slide valve,choose an solution easy to implement and low-cost-increase the overlap between spool valve element and valve sleeve,at the same time,in order to make up for the deadband and the influence of the spool valve's sharp dulling on its performance,the paper is based on digital servo valve,the linear compensation technology of the middle positon of the slide valve is studied by using the scheme of flow gain compensation with piecewise variable gain.The test shows that,the scheme of reducing the linear compensation of the center of the leakage collector in the slide valve effectively guaranteens the linear characteristics of the low leakage and the no-load flow gain of the slide valve.
