摘 要:根据柱塞泵的物理模型参数,分别在AMESim与ADAMS环境中构建了柱塞泵的液压模型与动力学模型,并通过二者的底层接口搭建起液固耦合的轴向柱塞泵虚拟样机模型。基于虚拟样机,研究了EHA三油口非对称柱塞泵的泄漏特性。结果表明:随着负载的增加,泵的泄漏量随之增加,反转时系统产生的泄漏量高于正转,修正前的泄漏量曲线呈线性增加,修正后的泄漏量曲线与试验值更贴合。在此基础上,通过试验测试,验证了仿真结果及设计参数的正确性。According to the physical model parameters of axial piston pump,the hydraulic model and dynamic model of piston pump are constructed in AMESim and ADAMS environment,and the virtual prototype model of axial piston pump with liquid-solid coupling is built through the bottom interface of the two.Based on the virtual prototype,The leakage characteristics of EHA three-port asymmetric piston pump were studied.The results show that with the increase of the load,the leakage of the pump increases.The leakage generated by the system is higher than the forward rotation when the rotation is reversed.The leakage curve before the correction increases linearly.The corrected leakage curve is more consistent with the test value.On this basis,the correctness of the simulation results and design parameters is verified by experiments.
