摘  要:为明确扬州市高邮地区小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的分子流行病学特征, 2018年采集当地腹泻患者粪便、各类家畜家禽粪便、苍蝇及生猪屠宰场组织样品等各类标本共842份,采用冷增菌方法进行目的菌分离,并对分离到的阳性菌株开展系统生化鉴定、生物分型、血清分型及毒力基因PCR检测。结果表明:842份标本中共分离出41株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,检出率为4.87%,其中猪粪源、生猪屠宰场源及苍蝇源菌株分别为25、13和3份。分离菌株血清型以O:3和O:5型为主,生物型主要为1A和3型。15株(36.59%)菌携带毒力基因(ail^+、ystA^+、ystB^-、yadA^+、virF^+或ail^+、ystA^+、ystB^-、yadA^-、virF^-),且主要是猪源分离株。这一研究提示高邮地区存在小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的污染,致病性菌株以O:3/3型为主,猪是主要宿主。In order to clarify the molecular and epidemiological characteristics of Yersinia enterocolitica in Gaoyou area of Yangzhou, a total of 842 samples, including fecal specimens from diarrhea patients and domestic animals were collected in local area in 2018, as well as flies and pig tissue samples from 2 pig slaughter houses. Y.enterocolitica was isolated by cold enrichment method. The isolated strains were analyzed by the systematic biochemical identification, biotyping, serotyping and virulence genes detection by PCR method. The results showed that 41 strains of Y.enterocolitica were isolated from the 842 specimens with a detection rate of 4.87%, including 25 strains from pig stool specimens, 13 from pig slaughter houses and 3 from flies. The predominant serotypes were O:3 and O:5 while the main biotypes were 1 A and 3. Fifteen(36.59%) strains carried virulence genes(ail^+, ystA^+, ystB^-, yadA^+, virF^+ or ail^+, ystA^+, ystB^-, yadA^-, virF^-), and most of them were isolated from swine. These data indicated that the distribution of Y.enterocolitica in Gaoyou area was widespread, while O:3/3 was the dominant pathogenic strain and pigs were primary reservoir of Y.enterocolitica.
