摘 要:表面施胶是提高纸张抗水性能和物理强度的重要手段。通过探究自制淀粉基苯丙乳液与玉米淀粉、污泥提取蛋白等生物质配合使用,对比分析了不同配比对施胶后纸张强度性能及抗水性能的影响,旨在探讨自制淀粉基苯丙乳液应用适性,为降低施胶成本和提高施胶后纸张回用再生性能提供参考。结果表明:随着体系中玉米淀粉比例的增加,施胶后纸张抗水性能和纸张强度均呈下降趋势。为了达到瓦楞原纸A级质量标准,选用玉米淀粉的比例为50%。在此基础上继续实验得出施胶液固含量为10%时的施胶效果最好,选用污泥提取蛋白的比例为25%。Surface sizing is an important method to improve the water resistance and physical strength of paper.The as-prepared starch-based styrene-acrylic emulsion combined with biomass materials,such as corn starch and sludge extracted protein was explored in the surface sizing application. The influences of as-prepared starch-based styrene-acrylic emulsion the strength and water resistance properties of paper have been observed to verify the applicability, to provide a reference for reducing sizing costs and improving paper recycling performance of coated paper. The results showed that with the increase of the proportion of corn starch in the system, the water resistance and paper strength of paper illustrated a downward trend after sizing. In order to achieve grade A quality standards for corrugated base paper, the proportion of corn starch should be 50%. In addition, it showed that the sizing effect was the best when the sizing concentration was 10% and the percentage of protein extracted from the sludge is 25%.
