摘　　要：邓小平的人才思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。邓小平运用马克思主义的立场、观点、方法,审视和分析了当今世界发展趋势和中国的实际状况,作出了许多精辟的论述,形成了具有鲜明时代特征和民族特色的人才理论。高职教育作为一种教育类型和教育层次,在高等教育由“精英教育”向“大众教育”转型的过程中体现出鲜明的特色和勃勃生机。邓小平人才思想为中国高职教育的人才培养指明了方向,对中国高职教育改革具有重大的指导意义。Deng Xiaoping’s talent thought is an important part of Deng Xiaoping’s theory.Deng Xiaoping used the position,viewpoint and method of Marxism to examine and analyze the development trend of the world and the actual situation of China,made many incisive discussions,and formed the talent theory with distinctive characteristics of the times and the nation.As a kind of education type and level,higher vocational education embodies distinct characteristics and vitality in the process of transformation from "elite education" to "mass education".Deng Xiaoping’s thought of talents points out the direction for the cultivation of talents in China’s higher vocational education and has great guiding significance for the reform of China’s higher vocational education.
