区域产业融合系统对装备制造业创新绩效的影响研究——吸收能力的调节效应

摘　　要：基于组织网络理论和创新互动观,构建起区域装备制造业与生产性服务业融合系统影响装备制造业创新绩效的理论模型。基于此,本文以东北地区典型的装备制造企业为例,实证检验产业融合系统要素与装备制造业创新绩效间关系,探究不同网络特性下这一关系的动态变化,并进一步考察装备制造业内生力的调节作用。研究结果表明:融合系统要素、网络特性对装备制造业创新绩效具有显著正向影响;融合系统组织网络在融合主体与装备制造业创新绩效间起部分中介作用,在融合环境与装备制造业创新绩效间起完全中介作用;装备制造业吸收能力既正向调节融合系统组织网络对创新绩效的影响机理,也正向调节融合系统组织网络的中介机制,存在被调节的中介效应。Based on the theory of organizational network and the innovation interactive,the theoretical model of industrial convergence system of regional equipment manufacturing and producer service affecting innovation performance is established.On this basis,taking the typical equipment manufacturing enterprises in the Northeastern as an example,the article empirically tests the relationship between the system elements and the innovation performance,explores the dynamic changes of this relationship under different network characteristics,and further examines the regulating role of the endogenous power.The study shows that the convergence system elements and network characteristics has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.The organizational network plays a part of intermediary role between the convergence subject and the innovation performance,and plays a complete intermediary role between the convergence environment and the innovation performance.The absorptive capacity of equipment manufacturing industry not only positively regulates the impact mechanism of convergence system organization network on innovation performance,but also mediates the mediation mechanism of convergence system organization network,that is to say,there is a mediating effect regulated.
