摘　　要：基于系统工程的理论提出了高职院校人才培养系统的概念,将人才培养系统分为硬件系统、软件系统、培养环境和对外交流四个子系统,运用DEMATEL方法对调查问卷的数据进行分析,找出人才培养系统中的主要要素。Based on the theory of system engineering,theconcept of talent cultivation system in higher vocational education universities and colleges has been raised that divided the talent cultivation system into four sub-systems,i.e.hardware system,software system,cultivation environment and external exchange.The analysis is made on the data coming from questionnaire by means of DEMATEL method for discovering the dominant element in the talent cultivation system.
