摘  要:目的探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在颈动脉粥样硬化发病中的作用,研究瑞舒伐他汀钙在颈动脉粥样硬化治疗中的免疫调节作用。方法选取颈动脉粥样硬化患者42例为治疗组,以42例健康体检者为正常对照组;治疗组随机分为瑞舒伐他汀治疗组21例和安慰剂对照组21例。利用流式细胞术检测各组CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞变水平。结果(1)与正常对照组(6.67±0.79)%比较,颈动脉粥样硬化患者组CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞水平(3.41±0.67)%明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)瑞舒伐他汀钙干预治疗1个月后,与治疗前(3.38±0.64)%及安慰剂组(3.42±0.56)%比较,治疗组外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞表达水平(6.02±0.84)%显著性升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉粥样硬化患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞水平降低,瑞舒伐他汀钙可能通过上调CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞水平起到免疫调节作用,从而达到延缓颈动脉粥样硬化的进展。Objective To explore the effect of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells of carotid atherosclerosis and to investigate the effect of rosuvastatin in the treatment of immune regulation,the level of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the disease were tested.Methods Forty-two patients with carotid atherosclerosis were selected as the treatment group,and 42 healthy patients as the normal control group;the treatment group was randomly divided into 21 cases of rosuvastatin treatment group and 21 placebo control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in each group.Results(1)Compared with healthy controls group6.67±0.79%,The level of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells decreased significantly(P<0.05)in rosuvastatin calcium treatment group3.41±0.67%.(2)Compared with before treatment3.38±0.64%and placebo control group3.42±0.56%.The level of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells increased significantly(P<0.05)in carotid atherosclerosis group6.02±0.84%.Conclusion CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in patients with carotid atherosclerosis were significantly decreased,Rosuvastatin could intervene carotid atherosclerosis,which mechanism might be that Rosuvastatin calcium could upregulate CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells to play a role of immune regulation.
