分析度洛西汀、舍曲林对老年抑郁症的治疗有效性、安全性

摘　　要：目的老年抑郁症患者采用度洛西汀、舍曲林联合治疗的临床效果。方法从本院收治的抑郁症老年患者中随机选择76例,治疗时间为2017年11月至2018年11月,通过随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组各38例,对照组采用舍曲林治疗,观察组采用度洛西汀、舍曲林联合治疗。结果对照组治疗总有有效率为78.95%,观察组为94.74%,组间治疗效果差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,观察组治疗1、3、5周的HAMD评分明显较低,组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为5.26%、21.05%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论老年抑郁症患者采用度洛西汀、舍曲林联合治疗具有优越的临床效果,能够有效的减轻患者的抑郁症状,且治疗安全性高。Objective The clinical effect of duloxetine and sertraline in the treatment of senile depression.Methods 76 elderly patients with depression were randomly selected from our hospital.The treatment period was from November 2017 to November 2018.The patients were divided into two groups by the method of random number table,38 in the control group and 38 in the observation group.The control group was treated with sertraline,and the observation group was treated with duloxetine and sertraline.Results The total effective rate was 78.95%in the control group and 94.74%in the observation group.Compared with the control group,the HAMD scores of the observation group in the first,third and fifth weeks of treatment were significantly lower,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 5.26%and 21.05%,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of duloxetine and sertraline has superior clinical effect,can effectively reduce the depressive symptoms of elderly patients with depression,and has high safety.
