眼底病患者应用玻璃体腔注射Avastin治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨眼底病患者应用玻璃体腔注射Avastin治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院70例2017年2月至2018年8月眼底病患者。随机分组,常规药物治疗干预组对于本次就诊的眼底病患者采取常规药物治疗,玻璃体腔注射Avastin治疗组对于本次就诊的眼底病患者则采取常规药物+玻璃体腔注射Avastin治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;患者自觉不适症状缓解时间、血管新生、眼压恢复到正常水平时间、视网膜水肿消失时间、出血吸收时间;治疗前后患者简明健康量表评分;不良反应。结果玻璃体腔注射Avastin治疗组疾病疗效、患者自觉不适症状缓解时间、血管新生、眼压恢复到正常水平时间、视网膜水肿消失时间、出血吸收时间、简明健康量表评分相比较常规药物治疗干预组更好,P<0.05。两组未见严重不良反应,P>0.05。结论常规药物+玻璃体腔注射Avastin治疗眼底病可获得较好预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Avastin intravitreal injection in patients with fundus diseases.Methods 70 patients with fundus diseases in our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were selected.Randomized group,routine drug treatment intervention group for the treatment of patients with fundus diseases,Avastin intravitreal injection group for this treatment of patients with fundus diseases,routine drug+intravitreal injection of Avastin treatment.The curative effect of the two groups were compared;the time of relieving symptoms of discomfort,angiogenesis,recovery of intraocular pressure to normal level,disappearance time of retinal edema,absorption time of bleeding;concise health scale score of patients before and after treatment;adverse reactions.Results The Avastin treatment group was better than the conventional drug treatment group in terms of disease efficacy,relief time of patients’conscious discomfort,angiogenesis,time of intraocular pressure returning to normal level,disappearance time of retinal edema,absorption time of bleeding and concise health scale score(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional drugs plus intravitreal injection of Avastin in the treatment of fundus diseases can achieve better prognosis.
