大柴胡汤治疗胰腺癌临床体会

摘　　要：大柴胡汤由小承气汤合小柴胡汤化裁而成,功效和解少阳,通下里实,主治少阳与阳明合病,临床上广泛应用于消化系统疾病。根据胰腺癌的临床表现及病因病机特点,不少患者有应用大柴胡汤的指征。笔者分享大柴胡汤在胰腺癌治疗中的体会,并附验案一则。Da Chaihu decoction is composed of the modification of Xiao Chengqi Decoction and Xiao Chaihu Decoction,and has the actions of harmonizing Shaoyang and purging interior excess.Da Chaihu decoction is indicated for the combined disease of involving both Shaoyang and Yangming meridians,and is used widely for the treatment of digestive system disease.The clinical manifestations and the characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis of most pancreatic cancer patients accord with the indications of Da Chaihu Decoction.In this paper,the author shared the experience in the treatment of pancreatic cancer with Da Chaihu Decoction,so as to provide the reference in clinical practice.
