复方斑蝥胶囊联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案对胃癌术后患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方斑蝥胶囊联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案(奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙)对胃癌术后患者疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年2月~2019年5月河北省唐山市人民医院收治的胃癌术后患者118例,根据乱数表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各59例。对照组予以mFOLFOX6化疗方案治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合复方斑蝥胶囊治疗,均治疗8个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、血清肿瘤标志物及免疫功能情况,记录两组治疗期间不良反应状况。结果治疗8个疗程后,研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血清癌胚抗原、糖类抗原125、糖类抗原199水平均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均下降,但研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃癌术后患者经复方斑蝥胶囊联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案治疗后,疗效确切,可有效阻止疾病进展,减轻免疫抑制,且用药安全性较好,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Cantharidin Capsules combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy(Oxaliplatin,5-Fluorouracil,Calcium folinate)on the curative effect and immune function of patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods A total of 118 patients with gastric cancer after operation in Tangshan People′s Hospital were selected from February 2017 to May 2019,and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with Compound Cantharidin Capsules on the basis of the control group.All patients received 8 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,serum tumor markers and immune function of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the study group after 8 courses of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum carcino-embryonic antigen,carbohydrate antigen 125 and carbohydrate antigen 199 decreased after 8 courses of treatment in the two groups,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the two groups decreased,but those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Cantharidin Capsules combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy has definite curative effect on patients with gastric cancer after operation.It can effectively prevent disease progression and alleviate immune suppression,and has good safety of medication.It has certain clinical application value.
