摘　　要：分析患者在不同就诊阶段隐私泄露风险,详细梳理国内患者隐私保护法律法规及政策文本内容,总结当前患者隐私保护体系的缺陷和不足,介绍国外患者隐私信息脱敏经验,提出加强国内患者隐私保护的具体建议。The paper analyzes the risks of patients’ privacy disclosure at different treatment stages,sorts out the contents of domestic laws,regulations and policies on patients’ privacy protection in detail,summarizes the shortcomings and deficiencies of current system for patients’ privacy protection,introduces experience of foreign patients’ privacy information desensitization,and puts forward specific suggestions on strengthening domestic patients’ privacy protection.
