摘　　要：新时代儒学,应是劳动群众的儒学,这不能不研究生产修养问题。从历史和现实看,生产活动深刻影响了人性修养,人性修养离不开生产的支持。不能还像历史上某些儒者那样脱离生产活动,流于抽象地讲道德修养,结果极大地限制了儒学影响社会的范围和程度。生产修养的主要内容是科学文化修养。其中科学修养指科学和技术等专业知识和技能,文化修养指人文修养,含精神修养和制度修养;科学修养和文化修养一起,构成生产修养的主干内容,两者缺一不可。生产修养是人性修养的具体化,必定表现为生产力,生产修养是人类文明修养的核心内容。生产修养是推动社会生产发展的主体力量,也是不断生产人自身、提高生产者人格境界的决定性因素;生产修养不仅是人成为理想的人的内在基础,而且它还可以作为人性的现实依据和标准,抑制和消除人性异化及其恶化,保持人的最后尊严。Confucianism in the new era belongs to the masses,so we have to study the production cultivation.From the perspective of history and reality,production activities have a profound impact on the cultivation of human nature,which in turn cannot be separated from the support of production.Unlike some Confucians in history,we cannot separate ourselves from the production activities to discuss moral cultivation in an abstract way,which greatly restricts the scope and extent of Confucianism’s influence on society.The main content of the production cultivation is scientific and cultural cultivation.Among them,the scientific cultivation refers to the professional knowledge and skills such as science and technology,and the cultural cultivation refers to humanistic cultivation,including spiritual cultivation and system cultivation.Scientific cultivation and cultural cultivation constitute the main content of production cultivation,both of which are indispensable.Production cultivation is the embodiment of human nature cultivation,which must be expressed as productivity.Production cultivation is the core content of human civilization cultivation.Production cultivation is the main force of promoting the development of social production,and also the decisive factor of constantly improving the people themselves and improving their personality.Production cultivation is not only the internal basis for people to become ideal people,but also the practical basis and standard of human nature,which can restrain and eliminate the alienation and deterioration of human nature and maintain the human beings’final dignity.
