摘　　要：研究了物联网应用技术中的RFID读写器和电子标签在高速线材生产集卷、P/F链、打捆、称重、卸卷工序的应用,实现了MES系统中的轧制材料号与P/F链C型钩的信息交换和通信,对生产过程中的物料进行智能化识别、自动化跟踪、信息化管理,提高线材生产过程中质量跟踪的准确性、可追溯性,从而提升珠海粤钢的竞争力。The analysis of RFID reader and electronic label of the IoT technology for wire production is made,and the information exchange and communication between rolling piece No.and C-hook in MES system for coil collection,P/F chain,tying,weighing,unloading of coils is available.The intelligent identification,automatic tracking,information management of the material in the production process are carried out,the accuracy and traceability of quality tracking in the wire production is improved,so as to enhance the competitiveness of Zhuhai YYF.
