农民职业教育投入与农村人力资本产出分析——基于江苏省2012—2018年官方公布的数据

摘　　要：为了探明政府在农民职业教育领域中的投入在农村人力资本产出上有多大贡献,应用农民职业教育中的政府投入、非政府投入和接受职业教育农民规模为解释变量的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数探讨江苏省农村人力资本产出函数,并以江苏省2012—2018年官方公布的数据对此函数进行实证分析。结果发现:在农民职业教育领域中政府的投入对农村人力资本产出的弹性为正,且农民接受中职教育对农村人力资本产出的弹性最大。政府应加大农民中职教育投入的规模以提高农村人力资本产出。In order to study the government investment’s contribution rate in rural farmer occupation education human capital output,research and application of explanatory variables for the government farmer occupation education investment,non-governmental farmer occupation education investment,occupation education acceptance scale of farmers,the Cobb-Douglas production function is used to construct the output function of human capital in rural China,and by using the 2012—2018 years China official data released,this function is feasible.The results show that the input of government farmers’vocational education is positive for the output of rural human capital,and farmers’acceptance of secondary vocational education has the largest elasticity of output of rural human capital.
