摘 要:肺纤维化是一种严重的呼吸道疾病,其特征在于细胞外基质成分(ECM)的聚集和炎症相关损伤。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)可能在肺纤维化的病理生理过程中发挥作用,然而具体机制尚未确定。文章总结了lncRNA在促进和抑制肺纤维化过程中的调节机制研究进展,以期为寻找肺纤维化的潜在治疗靶点提供思路。Pulmonary fibrosis is a serious respiratory disease characterized by accumulation of extracellular matrix components and inflammation-related impairment.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)may play a role in the pathophysiological process of pulmonary fibrosis,although the exact mechanism has not been determined.In order to provide ideas for finding potential targets for treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,this paper reviews the research progress in regulatory mechanism of lncRNA in the process of promoting and inhibiting pulmonary fibrosis.
