摘 要:为了提高矿用车辆湿式制动器的工作稳定性,采用台架试验与正交回归试验的方法,对矿用湿式多盘制动器在不同工况下的制动性能进行研究。将试验结果的摩擦因数变化趋势与温度场和应力场的变化趋势进行对比分析,结果表明:制动力的变化对摩擦性能影响最大,其次是制动初始温度的变化,制动初速度的变化影响最小。通过正交回归试验结果对各因素之间的交互作用进行分析,结果表明:制动初速度和制动力的交互作用对摩擦性能的影响较大;在矿用无轨胶轮车制动过程中,制动初速度应避免接近40 km/h,制动力应在710 N以上,制动初始温度应低于110℃。In order to improve the working stability of the wet brake of the mining vehicle,the paper studied the braking performance of the wet multi-disc brake in various working modes by means of bench test and orthogonal regression test.The variation trend of the friction coefficient obtained from the test was compared with that of the temperature field and the stress field.The results showed that the variation of the braking force had the greatest influence on the friction performance,the initial braking temperature took the second place,and the initial braking velocity ranked last.In addition,the interaction of the factors was analyzed by means of the regression orthogonal test results.The results showed:the interaction of the initial braking velocity and the braking force had the greater influence on the friction performance;during the braking process of the trackless rubber-wheeled vehicle,the initial braking velocity should avoid approaching 40 km/h,the braking force should be more than 710 N,and the initial braking temperature should be less than 110℃.
