论外部公共关系对新时代高校的风险化解

摘　　要：外部公共关系对化解风险、消除危机具有重要作用,但是我国高校普遍不重视外部公共关系。从高校外部公共关系的发展和演进出发,论述外部公共关系对高校风险化解的功能与作用,从思想观念、组织保障、提升能力、公众管理、危机防控、监管评估等方面,探讨运用外部公共关系提高化解高校风险危机的能力和水平的具体路径。External public relations play an important role in resolving risks and eliminating crises,but Chinese universities generally pay little attention to external public relations.This article starts from the development and evolution of external public relations in colleges and universities,discusses the functions and effects of external public relations on the risk resolution of colleges and universities,and discusses the use of external sources from the aspects of ideology,organizational guarantee,promotion ability,public management,crisis prevention and control,and supervision evaluation,exploring specific ways to use external public relations to improve the ability and level of resolving risk crises in universities.
