摘　　要：窄带成像内镜应用于喉部良恶性病变的诊断历史已有十余年,且大量研究证实诊断价值良好。本文就这一新型内镜技术在喉部良恶性病变诊断中的应用进行总结,介绍关于窄带内镜下喉部病变分型标准进展,目前应用的优缺点及不同光学技术的交叉结合应用,并展望应用前景。Narrow band imaging endoscopy has been used in the diagnosis of laryngeal benign and malignant lesions for more than 10 years,and a lot of studies have confirmed its good diagnostic value.This paper summarizes the application of this new endoscopy technology in the diagnosis of Laryngeal Benign and malignant lesions.Introducing the new progress of classification criteria of laryngeal lesions under NBI endoscopy and the current NBI endoscopy,the merits and demerits of the applications,the cross-combination of different optical technologies,and the application prospect is also discussed.
