探讨规范化PIVAS护士培训体系及实际应用的培训效果

摘　　要：目的:分析规范化的静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)护士培训模式的应用方法及效果。方法:将2018年6月~2019年6月新入职的37名PIVAS护士作为研究对象,建立完善规范的PIVAS护士培训模式并加强培训,评估护士的培训效果,并与培训前进行比较。结果:较之培训前,护士培训后核心工作能力各维度评分均得到明显提升(P<0.05);且培训后护士的自我效能感及理论知识、技能操作考核评分均得到显著提升,与培训前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化的PIVAS护士培训对提高新入职护士的核心工作能力,增强工作抗压性,规范操作技术,保证静脉药物的安全应用有重要意义。Objective:The application and effect analysis of the standardized intravenous drug configuration center nurse training mode was made.Methods:Taking 37 PIVAS nurses newly recruited from June 2018 to June 2019 as the research object,establish a perfect and standardized PIVAS nurse training model and strengthen training,evaluate the training effect of nurses,and compare with before training.Results:Compared with before training,nurses’core work ability scores in all dimensions were significantly improved after training(P<0.05);and nurses’self-efficacy,theoretical knowledge,and skill operation evaluation scores were significantly improved after training,which was different from that before training.It is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized PIVAS nurse training is of great significance to improve the core work ability of newly recruited nurses,enhance work pressure resistance,standardize operation techniques,and ensure the safe application of intravenous drugs.
