高校创业教育质量管理体系的国际比较研究

摘　　要：美国高校创业教育质量管理以社会组织为主体,构建了政府、高校和第三方评估机构多方参与的复杂网状体系。欧盟由欧盟委员会和各成员国政府为主导,建立了自上而下的创业教育质量管理体系。澳大利亚以立法形式对创业教育质量进行管理。借鉴三者高校创业教育质量管理体系建设经验,我国需要建立高校创业教育质量标准,完善体制机制,并加强质量评估和监测。The quality management of entrepreneurship education is a complex network system with social organizations as the main body and participation from multiple stakeholders such as the government,universities and third-party evaluation agencies.The quality management of entrepreneurship education for college students in the European Union is a top-down system led by the European commission and national governments.In Australia,the same system is regulated by legislation.Based on the experience of other countries and regions,it is suggested to establish the quality standards of entrepreneurship education for college students,improve the framework structure and operation mechanism,and strengthen the quality assessment and monitoring for China.
