摘　　要：研究临床医生信息获取能力、科研支持服务需求及利用情况对其参与科研的影响,探讨科研支持服务对临床医学创新的促进作用,以天津市医学科技情报机构为例,分析开展科研支持服务存在的问题并提出相应建议。The paper studies the influence of clinicians′information acquisition ability,scientific research support service needs and utilization on their participation in scientific research,discusses the role of scientific research support service in promoting innovation of clinical medicine,taking Tianjin medical science and technology information institutions as an example the paper analyzes the problems existing in scientific research support service,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
