中西医结合治疗多西环素胶囊致食管糜烂溃疡临床体会

摘　　要：口服多西环素胶囊后引起的食管糜烂和溃疡临床主要表现为胸骨后灼痛、吞咽疼痛及梗阻感,胃镜下表现为食管黏膜多发溃疡及食管黏膜广泛大片状充血糜烂,予质子泵抑制剂及胃黏膜保护剂治疗能缓解症状至痊愈。The main clinical manifestations are posterior sternal burning pain,swallowing pain and obstruction and there are multiple ulcers of esophageal mucosa and extensive massive hyperemia and erosion of esophageal mucosa under gastroscopy.Proton pump inhibitor and gastric mucous membrane protectant can relieve symptoms until they are cured.
