摘  要:将淀粉糖工业中的副产物糖渣作为营养物质加入到灰褐链霉菌发酵生产ε-聚赖氨酸的培养基中。结果表明,①糖渣中的葡萄糖、蛋白质和脂肪能够作为碳源和氮源被微生物利用,说明该处理糖渣的思路可行;②糖渣中的硅藻土在发酵过程中能够有效减小灰褐链霉菌的菌球直径,提高了产物ε-聚赖氨酸的产量,当添加糖渣质量浓度为15 g/L时,ε-聚赖氨酸质量浓度达到最高值2.46 g/L,提高幅度为59.7%;③剩余的硅藻土可作为助滤剂加快后续的板框过滤速率,能够节省新助滤剂的添加量。综上,实现了将糖渣变废为宝、降低了生产成本,具有重要的经济效益和社会效益。In this study,the by-product named sugar residue from the starch industry was added as nutrient to the culture medium for the fermentation production ofε-polylysine by S.griseofuscus.The results were as follows:①The glucose,protein and fat in the sugar residue could be used by microorganisms as carbon source and nitrogen source,indicating that the treatment of sugar residue was feasible.②The diatomaceous earth in the sugar residue effectively reduced the mycelium diameter of mycelium pellet,and increased the yield ofε-polylysine.When the addition of sugar residue reached 15 g/L,theε-polylysine concentration reached a maximum value of 2.46 g/L,with an increase rate of 59.7%.③The remaining diatomite could also be used as a filter aid to speed up the subsequent filtration rate and save the amount of new filter aid.To sum up,this study has realized the transformation of sugar residue from waste into treasure,and reduced the production cost,which has important economic and social benefits.
