摘 要:目的多维度对本科课堂教学质量的监控,比较分析近两年来被学校专家督导团、二级院系及学生督导的不同职称教师在教学水平、教学效果、教学能力等教学质量的评价效果,来进一步提高教学质量。方法采用秩和检验法(Rank sum test),对被听课教师进行客观、公正分析评估。结果开展多维度的(校级专家督导团、学生及二级院系三位一体)课堂教学评价数据来看,对不同职称教师间教学水平、教学效果等均没有显著性差异。结论采用多元化的教学评价模式,成绩成正态分布。在全过程监控、全方位评价的教育质量监控与评价体系中,教师教学质量和教学效果得以不断地提升,从而达到教学人才培养的目标。Objective To further improve the teaching quality by monitoring the teaching quality of undergraduate courses and comparing and analyzing the teaching quality evaluation effects of teachers with different professional titles in terms of teaching level,teaching effect and teaching ability supervised by school experts,secondary departments and students in the past two years.Methods Rank sum test was used to analyze and evaluate the teachers objectively and fairly.Results There was no significant difference in teaching level and teaching effect among teachers with different professional titles according to the data of classroom teaching evaluation of the trinity of university-level expert supervision,students and secondary departments.Conclusion The results are normally distributed with the diversified teaching evaluation model.In the whole process of supervision and evaluation of the quality of education monitoring and evaluation system,teachers teaching quality and teaching effect can be constantly improved,so as to achieve the goal of teaching personnel training.
