摘　　要：作为黔南民族地区高等职业教育的重要组成部分,民办高职院校起步较晚,但已初步形成自己的办学特色,为黔南民族地区经济社会发展提供了有力的智力支持和人才资源保障。当前,民办高职院校在资金来源、师资队伍建设、生源质量、政策支持等诸多方面尚存在不少问题,需在办学定位、产教融合、内涵建设、学生综合素质、校园文化建设和社会服务等方面采取相应对策,以推动和促进黔南民族地区民办高职院校的健康发展。As an important part of higher vocational education in Qiannan ethnic minority areas,private higher vocational colleges start late,but they have initially formed their own school-running characteristics,providing strong intellectual support and human resources guarantee for the economic and social development of Qiannan ethnic minority areas.At present,there are still a lot of problems in private higher vocational colleges in terms of funding sources,faculty construction,student source quality,policy support,etc.It is necessary to take corresponding measures in school orientation,the integration of industry and education,the connotation construction,the comprehensive quality of students,the construction of campus culture and social services,so as to promote the healthy development of private higher vocational colleges in Qiannan ethnic minority areas.
