摘 要:设计了一种基于CAN通信技术的综采智能集成供液控制系统。提出了一种CAN通信冗余的系统设计方法,详述了此系统通信结构的工作原理。基于ARM7内核芯片,完成了控制系统硬件电路设计。采用μC/OS-II实时操作系统,开发了一套智能化集成供液控制系统软件,并使用柔性化设计,使系统满足工程应用中的多样化需求。经实验测试,基于冗余CAN通信的集成供液控制系统鲁棒性好、可靠性高,符合设计要求。控制系统已成功应用于多个煤矿,自动化程度高,运行稳定。A CAN bus based intelligent integrated liquid supply control system was designed.A design method about real⁃time communication system based on redundancy CAN was presented,and the working principle of communication system was de⁃scribed.The hardware circuit of the ARM7 based control system was designed.An intelligent control system software based onμC/OS-Ⅱreal time operation system was developed,and flexible design was used to make the system meet the quirements of engi⁃neering applications.The experiment demonstrates that the system based on redundancy CAN has good robustness and reliability in communication,and meets the design requirements.The control system has been successfully applied in some coal mines with high degree of automation and good stability.
