摘　　要：电子文档格式管理面临格式多样化、私有格式和开放格式协调难题、"个体理性"与"集体理性"两难情景等问题。如何在文档格式制定者和文档使用机构之间进行有效的知识沟通,是优化文档格式管理的重要课题。公共知识有助于文档格式领域多主体之间达成协议、协调行动。本研究基于知道逻辑理论和公共知识的共享情境解释,定义文档格式公共知识这个概念,参考创新扩散理论探讨在文档格式公共知识群体中文档格式公共知识形成的过程,并且识别文档格式公共知识形成过程中的关键要素。Electronic document format management is confronted with problems of diversification of format, coordination problem between private format and open format, "individual rationality" and "collective rationality" dilemma scenarios and other issues. How to effectively communicate knowledge between format specialties and record-using organizations is an important topic in the optimization of document format management. Common knowledge helps to reach agreement and coordinate action among multi-subjects. This research defines the notion of common knowledge about document format based on knowledge logic theory and interpretation of shared context of common knowledge, analyzes the formation process of common knowledge about document format in the group of common knowledge about document format referring to innovation diffusion theory, and distinguishes the key formation factors of common knowledge about document format.
