摘　　要：无锡近代园林作为一项带有自然资源和人文遗风双重属性的城市遗产,利用"全设计"理念并结合现代旅游服务视角持续地提供其社会价值。基于UED的方法,采取服务设计方法、程序和手段介入,通过不断周期迭代,依据解决设计核心问题的变化趋势而创造新的服务场景与流程。从宏观、中观、微观的不同维度构架,利用共生设计理念、UED模型为轴心完成近代园林文化遗产旅游的服务设计成果。在城市园林文化遗产的后续发展中以旅游服务助力其可持续发展。Wuxi modern gardens,as a city heritage with the dual attributes of natural resources and humanistic legacy,continue to provide its social value by using the concept of"full design"and combining the perspective of modern tourism services.Based on the UED method,the service design method,procedure and means are involved.Through continuous cycle iteration,new service scenarios and processes are created according to the trend of solving the core problem of design.From the macro,meso and micro perspectives,the symbiotic design concept and the UED model were used to complete the service design of modern garden cultural heritage tourism.In the follow-up development of urban garden cultural heritage,tourism services will help its sustainable development.
