摘　　要：研究2×0.30ST钢丝帘线在轿车轮胎带束层中的应用,并与3×0.30HT钢丝帘线对比。结果表明:与3×0.30HT钢丝帘线相比,2×0.30ST钢丝帘线具有较好的工艺性能;2×0.30ST钢丝帘线替代3×0.30HT钢丝帘线应用于轿车轮胎带束层中,轮胎的质量和滚动阻力减小,驾乘舒适性改善,生产成本降低,产品竞争力提高。The application of 2×0.30ST steel cord in the belt of passenger car tire was studied and compared with 3×0.30HT steel cord.The results showed that,compared with 3×0.30HT steel cord,2×0.30ST steel cord had better process performance.When 2×0.30ST steel cord was used instead of 3×0.30HT steel cord in the belt of passenger car tire,tire weight was reduced,the rolling resistance of the finished tire was improved,driving comfort increased,production cost was reduced,and the product competitiveness was improved.
