摘　　要：黄立中教授是湖南省知名中医肿瘤专家,博士研究生导师,早期师从湖湘中医五老之一的李聪甫教授,潜心钻研中医文化30余年,深谙医理,博学广识,多有治疗肿瘤及内科疑难病,深受患者爱戴及专家学者赞誉。黄立中教授认为脊索瘤的治疗目的是提高生活质量,延长生存期,实现带瘤生存。目前的西医治疗手段尚不能根治脊索瘤,故中医中药的地位凸显,精准的辨证论治是中药疗效取得之关键所在,黄教授认为,治疗脊索瘤应补益肺肾、养阴生津、解毒祛瘀、化痰软坚、并适当配伍抗肿瘤药物,附验案一则。Professor Huang Lizhong,who learns from Professor Li Congfu,one of the five oldest Chinese medicine practitioners in Hunan,is now a well-known TCM oncologist and doctoral tutor in Hunan province.Professor Huang Lizhong has been engaged in the treatment of oncological diseases with integrated Chinese and western medicine for more than 30 years.He has certain clinical experience in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for chordoma.The purpose of treating chordoma is to improve the quality of life,prolong survival,and achieve tumor-bearing survival.The current Western medicine can not cure chordoma,so the status of traditional Chinese medicine is prominent.Accurate syndrome differentiation is the key to the success of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Huang believes that the treatment of chordoma should invigorate lung and kidney,nourish yin to retain the body fluid,detoxify and remove blood stasis,resolve phlegm and soften hard masses,and combine with some antineoplastic drugs appropriately.One proven case is included.
