急性脑梗死后偏瘫经早期针灸康复治疗的有效性

摘　　要：目的:分析急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者经早期针灸康复治疗的有效性。方法:将2017年1月-2019年1月我院收治急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者100例纳入,随机分组为早期针灸组与常规治疗组,常规治疗组应用常规药物疗法进行治疗,早期针灸组则在常规药物疗法基础上实施早期针灸康复治疗,对照此治疗后两组患者的临床治疗效果、神经缺损情况、生活质量、中医证候积分、血红细胞宽度。结果:实施早期针灸康复治疗的早期针灸组病患较常规药物疗法的常规治疗组,其临床有效率、神经功能缺损评分、物质功能、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分、中医证候积分、血红细胞宽度更优(P<0.05)。结论:临床急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者实施早期针灸康复治疗较常规药物治疗有更高治疗有效率、患者神经缺损更低、日常生活自理能力更高、生活质量更高,可于此类病患的临床治疗中多加利用推广。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of early acupuncture plus rehabilitation on hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.The patients were randomly divided into the early acupuncture group and the conventional treatment group.The conventional treatment group was treated with conventional medicine.The early acupuncture group performed early acupuncture plus rehabilitation more.Results:Clinical efficiency,neurofunction defect score,material function,physical function,psychological function and social function score were better in the acupuncture group than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early acupuncture plus rehabilitation on hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction was effective,with lower neurological defects,higher self-care ability and quality of life.It can be widely used in clinical treatment.
