摘  要:地下水封油库具有规模大、安全性要求高、工程施工工艺复杂以及不可预见的风险因素多等特点,其安全问题至关重要。该文基于专家调查法和模糊数学法,以Visual Studio 2017作为软件开发平台,运用Visual Basic编程语言编程,开发了地下水封油库施工期安全风险评估系统。根据所识别的风险因子,运用所开发系统对实际地下水封油库案例进行了施工期风险评估,依据研究结果给出了合理有效的施工建议。该系统为地下水封油库的风险管理提供技术支持。The underground water sealed oil cavern has the characteristics of large scale,high safety requirements,c omplicated engineering construction technology,and more unpredictable risk factors,and its safety is crucial.Based on the expert survey method and fuzzy mathematics method,the Visual Studio 2017 is used as the software development platform,and the Visual Basic programming language is used to program,the safety risk assessment system for the construction period of underground water sealed oil cavern is developed.According to the identified risk factors,the developed system is used to assessed the construction period risk for an actual underground water sealed oil cavern.According to the research results,the reasonable and effective construction suggestions are given.The system provides technical support for risk management of underground water sealed oil cavern.
