摘 要:构建产教融合制度体系既是深化国家职业教育改革的内在要求,也是规范产教融合过程以及相关参与主体行为的现实需要。新时期,加强职业教育产教融合制度体系建设,要着力突破"两张皮"问题,遵循"利益共享、多元共赢"的价值逻辑,致力于校企协同发展、教育链和产业链有机融合的政策目标,依循"地方先行突破,国家持续跟进"的发展路向。实践层面,可通过加强制度环境创设、健全校企合作制度、充分发挥非正式制度的积极作用等方面来完善相关制度。Establishing a system of integration of industry and education is not only an inherent requirement for deepening national vocational education reform, but also the practical need of standardizing the process of integration of industry and education as well as the behavior of relevant participants. In the new era, the construction of the vocational education integration of industry and education system should focus on breaking through the "two skins" problem, follow the value logic of "benefit sharing, diversification and win-win", and commit to the policy goals of coordinated school-enterprise development, organic integration of education and industry chains, and follow the development path of "local breakthroughs first, and national follow-up". At the practical level, relevant systems can be improved by strengthening the establishment of an institutional environment, improving the comprehensive cooperation system between schools and enterprises, and giving full play to the positive role of informal systems.
