摘　　要：面对第四次工业革命的新时代背景所带来的机遇和挑战,通过深入分析地方高校开展旅游继续教育存在的问题,提出转变旅游继续教育理念;优化旅游继续教育课程体系;改革旅游继续教育教学手段等策略,对于推进旅游产业转型升级,促进地方经济发展具有重要的现实意义。Facing the opportunities and challenges brought about by the new era of the fourth industrial revolution, through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the development of continuing education for tourism in local colleges and universities, this paper puts forward that the concept of tourism continuing education should be changed;the curriculum system for tourism continuing education should be optimized;strategies such as tourism continuing education and teaching methods have important practical significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry and promoting local economic development.
