摘　　要：教育信息化2.0时代对教师信息化教学素养提出了更高的要求。本文首先基于浙江省四所高等院校调研结果,构建了高等院校教师信息化教学素养影响因素模型。然后,利用AHP模型对影响因子进行实证研究。结果表明:高校教师信息化素养能力高低是多因素变量共同影响的,其中学校政策、学校信息化基础教学环境和信息化教学设计的投入时间这三个指标因子对教师信息化教学素养提升有显著影响,其他指标因子的影响力相对较弱。基于此,最后给出高校教师信息化教学素养提升的对策。The era of education informatization 2.0 has put forward higher requirements for teachers'information-based teaching lit⁃eracy.Based on the survey results of four colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province,this paper first builds a model of influenc⁃ing factors of college teachers'information-based teaching literacy.Then,use the AHP model to conduct empirical research on the impact factors.The results show that the quality of college teachers'information literacy is affected by multiple factors.Among them,the three factors of school policy,the basic teaching environment of school informatization,and the investment time of infor⁃mational teaching design have a significant effect on the improvement of teachers'informational education Influence,the influence of other index factors is relatively weak.Based on this,the countermeasures to improve the information literacy of university teach⁃ers are finally given.
