摘 要:目的-研究密封包装(封套类)透湿率测试的方法。方法-比较现有透湿率测试方法的优劣性,探讨适合密封包装(封套类)的测试方法。结果-相较于传统的透湿率测试方法,利用专业温湿度自动记录仪器,在试验过程中实时监测试样内部温湿度变化,利用相对湿度差计算结果,确保试验数据准确。此外,利用干燥氮气作为补充气体,有效避免其他气体对试验参数的干扰。结论-利用温湿度传感器测试透湿率的方法测试简单,易于实施,试验数据可靠,可用于目前大部分密封包装整体透湿率的测定。Objective-To study the method for the determination of moisture permeability of sealed packages(envelope type).Methods-Compared the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods for measuring moisture permeability,and discusses the testing methods suitable for sealed packaging(envelopment type).Results-Compared with the traditional test method,by using professional automatic temperature and humidity recording instruments,the temperature and humidity inside the sample was monitored in real time during the test,and the relative humidity difference was used to ensure the accuracy of the test data.Besides,in order to avoid other gases’interference to the test effectively,dry nitrogen was selected as the supplementary gas.Conclusion-The test method is simple,easy to implement,the test data is reliable,and the most sealed packages’moisture permeability can be determined with this method.
