高职学生工匠精神培养途径的探索与实践——以山东理工职业学院软件工程学院为例

摘　　要：“工匠精神”是指工匠对工作精益求精、追求完美、突破自我、创造精品的精神理念。高职院校培养学生的“工匠精神”,是社会转型发展的需要,也是高职院校可持续发展和学生成才、就业的需要,可通过校园文化氛围建设、强化专业课程教学、创新创业教育、企业实训、现代学徒制实施等多种路径,加强对学生“工匠精神”的培养。山东理工职业学院软件工程学院,从强化校园文化建设、加强师资队伍建设、提升专业建设品质、强化创新理念、实施现代学徒制等方面对此进行了积极和不懈的探索与实践。"Craftsman spirit"refers to the spirit of craftsman's pursuit of excellence,pursuit of perfection,breakthrough of self,and creation of quality products.Cultivating students'craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges,is the need of social transformation and development,it is also the need for the sustainable development of vocational schools and the success and employment of students.Higher vocational colleges can strengthen the training of"craftsman spirit"for students through the construction of campus culture atmosphere,strengthening the teaching of professional courses,innovation and entrepreneurship education,enterprise training,modern apprenticeship and so on.The software engineering institute of Shandong Polytechnic College has made positive and unremitting exploration on strengthening the construction of campus culture,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving the quality of professional construction,strengthening the concept of innovation and implementing modern apprenticeship.
