摘 要:高硫煤高效洁净利用一直是洁净煤技术研究的重点。通过理论分析可知,原生矿物质和外加矿物质、氮气和氢气对煤热解脱硫都具有一定的影响。在模拟焦化实验中发现,钢铁酸洗废液有利于高硫煤热解脱硫。在固定床热解实验中发现,氮气气氛下,钢铁酸洗废液起到了固硫剂的作用;氢气气氛下,钢铁酸洗废液提高了高硫煤的热解脱硫率。钢铁酸洗废液用于高硫煤热解脱硫具有巨大的环保效益和经济效益。It is an urgent problem,for high sulfur coal,how to realize the high efficiency and clean utilization.According to theoretical analysis,the primary minerals,additional minerals,nitrogen and hydrogen rich atmosphere have some effects on the sulfur removal of high sulfur coal during coal pyrolysis.We found that steel pickling waste liquor could be used in high sulfur coal pyrolysis desulfurization in simulated coking experiment.In the fixed bed pyrolysis experiment,with nitrogen,steel pickling waste liquor functions as sulfur-capturing agent.Hydrogen can promote steel picking waster liquor used for high sulfur coal's pyrolysis desulfurization,which will benefit the environment,as well as the economy.
