摘　　要：自闭症谱系量表(Autistic-spectrum Quotient,AQ)是自闭症筛查量表中较为简单易测的一个工具,有成人版、青年版和儿童版三个版本。首先,从编制自闭症谱系量表的理论基础入手,介绍这三个版本的发展演变及其信度、效度、计分方式。其次,介绍自闭症谱系量表在自闭症人群、普通人群和精神分裂症患者、厌食症患者中的应用状况,并介绍了跨文化背景的应用情况。发现目前自闭症谱系量表在国外应用广泛,在国内的使用较少。其广泛的国际影响力能够为我国自闭症的筛选评估和研究提供参考。The Autism-Spectrum Quotient(AQ)is one of the most simple and easy-to-use diagnostic tools in autism screening scale,consisting of three versions for adults,adolescents and children.This paper explores the theoretical basis of AQ first and presents the development of three versions of AQ as well as the reliability,validity and scoring formula about AQ.Then it introduces the application status of AQ in areas such as people with autism,general population,schizophrenics,patients with anorexia and other countries.It also compares the application of AQ across cultures.The results show the wide usage of AQ at abroad while less frequent use at home.The paper aims to provide a reference for the screening and research of autism in China in view of its extensive international influence.
