联合盐酸米诺开髓拔髓术环素软膏根管内封药对急性逆行性牙髓炎的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:评价开髓拔髓术联合盐酸米诺环素软膏根管内封药治疗急性逆行性牙髓炎的疗效。方法:将科室收治的86例急性逆行性牙髓炎患者平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组行开髓拔髓术联合甲醛甲酚溶液治疗,观察组患者行开髓拔髓术联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗疼痛、牙齿松动、牙菌斑改善情况显著好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者用药后的疼痛缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为95.34%,明显高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组不良反应率为4.65%,显著低于对照组的23.25%(P<0.05)。结论:开髓拔髓术联合盐酸米诺环素软膏根管内封药治疗急性逆行性牙髓炎有效率高,效果安全。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of open pulp extraction combined with minocycline hydrochloride root canal sealant in the treatment of acute retrograde pulpitis. Methods:86 patients with acute retrograde pulpitis admitted to the department were divided into two groups: the control group underwent open pulp extraction combined with formaldehyde cresol solution, and the patients in the observation group underwent open pulp extraction combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment treatment. Results: The treatment of pain, loose teeth and plaque improvement in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The pain relief time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 95.34%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07%)(P<0.05), with significant difference. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 4.65%, and the adverse reaction rate of the control group was 23.25%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Open pulp debridement combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment root canal sealant is effective and safe in the treatment of acute retrograde pulpitis.
