通腑逐瘀法联合西医治疗轻型急性胰腺炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨通腑逐瘀法联合西医治疗轻型急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法研究对象选取本院2016年5月—2018年9月收治的42例轻型急性胰腺炎患者,按照抽签分组法分为对照组(n=21,予以西医常规治疗)和观察组(n=21,在对照组基础上予以中药通腑逐瘀法治疗)。治疗1周后,对比2组患者治疗效果、相关生化指标及并发症情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.24%)较对照组(71.43%)高(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后B-AMY、LPS及U-AMY较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但治疗后组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率(9.52%)较对照组(33.33%)低(P<0.05)。结论通腑逐瘀法联合西医治疗轻型急性胰腺炎可提高治疗效果、降低并发症发生率。Objective:To study the clinical effect of bowel-relaxing and stasis-expelling method combined with western medicine on the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis.Methods:42 patients with mild acute pancreatitis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to September 2018 were selected as research subjects and divided into a control group(n=21 cases,treated with routine western medicine treatment)and an observation group(n=21 cases,treated with bowel-relaxing and stasis-expelling method on the base treatment of the control group).After 1-week treatment,the treatment effect,related biochemical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate(95.24%)of the observation group was higher than that(71.43%)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the B-AMY,LPS and U-AMY of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no statistical difference between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence rate(9.52%)of complications in the observation group was lower than that(33.33%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bowel-relaxing and stasis-expelling method combined with western medicine for the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis can improve the curative effect and reduce the incidence of complications of the patients.
