摘  要:目的:探讨数字化设计联合3D打印模型用于下颌骨成釉细胞瘤术后骨缺损修复的治疗效果。方法:收集新疆医科大学附属口腔医院2015年1月~2019年1月接诊的30例实行下颌骨成釉细胞瘤手术切除并行腓骨瓣修复骨缺损的患者为研究对象,其中包括数字化设计联合3D打印组(n=14)和传统组(n=16)。对比两种手术方法的手术效果、患者满意度等情况。结果:数字化设计联合3D打印组患者手术时间,术中出血及住院天数较传统手术组明显减少。术后半年评估患者外貌满意度,发音满意度及上下颌骨关系,数字化设计联合3D打印组均优于传统手术组患者。结论:数字化设计联合3D打印技术辅助下进行成釉细胞瘤术后骨缺损修复,不仅提高了手术的可预测性,而且减少手术时间、术中出血量及患者住院天数,同时增加了患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective:s:To explore the effect of digital design combined with 3 D printing model on the repair of bone defect after mandibular ameloblastoma.Methods:Thirty patients who underwent surgical resection of mandibular ameloblastoma and fibula flaps to repair bone defects were collected,including the digital design and 3 D printing group(n=14)and traditional group(n=16).The surgical results and patient satisfaction of the two surgical methods were compared.Results:The digital design combined with the 3 D printing group had significantly less operative time,intraoperative bleeding and hospital stays than the traditional surgery group.Postoperative evaluation of the patient’s appearance satisfaction,pronunciation satisfaction,and maxillary and mandibular relationships,the digital design combined with the 3 D printing group were better than those in the traditional surgery group.Conclusion:Digital design combined with 3 D printing technology for repair of bone defects after ameloblastoma surgery not only improves the predictability of the operation,but also reduces the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and the number of hospital stays,meanwhile increasing patient satisfaction,which is worth clinical promotion.
